Occupational Rehab 1/2 & ASTF Programs

Full-time | Employee Status
You will be a part of our interdisciplinary team and will be conducting assessments, develop and implement treatment plans. In addition, you will:

Implement activities to promote flexibility, strength and aerobic conditioning

Conduct real or simulated work activities

Provide clinical support
-
Conduct education sessions on soft tissue healing and recovery, the value of exercise, proper posture and body mechanics, and pain management

Develop and implement Return-to-work planning and support
Note: The Physiotherapist must be fully registered with CPTBC.
The Ideal Candidate
College Registration
You are registered (or eligible for registration) with the College of Physical Therapists of British Columbia.
Team Collaboration
You value working in an interdisciplinary clinical team, including other external stakeholders.
Experience
You have experience (preferred) or interest in return to work services and occupational rehabilitation. Preference will be given to those with at least 2 years of working with WSBC clients in a similar environment.
